These private womb drop-in sessions are a gentle descent into the womb space to nurture intimacy, connection, and restoration within the body.

Grounding & Comfort: Please find a quiet, comfortable place to drop in to this online space. Bring whatever you need to soften your surround such as blankets, pillows, tea, candles, herbal oils or whatever feels good for you. As we will be gently meeting grief, you are welcome to bring something that may feel important to you in this context, although there is no pressure to do so.

Come as you are: This is a no frills space where you are welcome just as you are. The focus will be on dropping into the body and out of the conscious mind, so try not to overthink how to show up.
